Acceptance and use

You must use OfferNab lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the service to engage in unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or any conduct that interferes with the platform's operation or the experience of other users.

Community content and submissions

OfferNab may support community deal submissions, discussions, comments, reactions, and related moderation features. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you submit, post, or share through those features.

Community content must not include unlawful content, spam, fraudulent or misleading deal information, fake reviews or testimonials, impersonation, malicious links, copyright violations, or intentionally deceptive product or pricing information. OfferNab may review, hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts as needed to protect the service and its users.

Third-party sites and retailer terms

Product pages, offers, prices, inventory, promotions, shipping, returns, and final checkout terms are controlled by the third-party retailer or seller. OfferNab is not the seller and does not guarantee that any deal will remain available or that a retailer will honor a price, promotion, or stock claim indefinitely.

Affiliate relationships

Some outbound retailer links may be affiliate links. OfferNab may receive compensation for qualifying purchases or actions made through those links. Compensation does not guarantee favorable ranking, placement, or editorial treatment, and it does not increase the price you pay.

Price, availability, and accuracy

Prices, availability, promotions, and product details can change without notice. OfferNab may publish data that is current at the time it is collected or verified, but we do not guarantee that a listed price, discount, or availability status will remain accurate or available at a later time.

Intellectual property and user content

OfferNab retains rights in its brand, design, and platform content. By submitting or posting user content, you represent that you have the right to share it and grant OfferNab a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and operate the service using that content as needed to make the platform function.

Disclaimers and limitations

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” OfferNab makes no guarantee that offers, content, or functionality will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OfferNab disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

OfferNab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, except to the extent required by applicable law. OfferNab may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or access to the platform where necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, or address abuse.

Changes and governing law

OfferNab may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will update the effective date above when material changes are made, and continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and where applicable, federal law.
