Information we may store

• Account and profile information: account/profile data such as a provider-specific account identifier, email address, display name, public username, attribution preference, country code, account status, signup/login timestamps, and optional price-alert email preference.
• Deal submissions: submitted URLs, titles, prices, regular prices, coupon codes, notes, external product identifiers, submission status, review outcome, and admin review metadata when a submission is moderated.
• Community content and reactions: comments, replies, likes/upvotes, downvotes, moderation state, comment reports, and related account identifiers needed to keep discussions and reactions working.
• Tracked deals and alerts: tracked deal relationships, target prices, alert-trigger history, and related timestamps for price-watch functionality.
• Affiliate and redirect events: deal/retailer identifiers, affiliate program identifiers, click/request identifiers, and timestamps needed to attribute and audit outbound redirects.
• Operational and security data: request IDs, basic server logs, error diagnostics, and other operational metadata needed to protect the service from abuse and troubleshoot faults.

Authentication and browser state

The current codebase uses a first-party anonymous visitor identifier cookie for anonymous browsing continuity and uses sessionStorage only for short-lived, browser-local UI state such as the Deal Assistant session and seasonal preview state. The current frontend code does not rely on localStorage for persisted account data.

Analytics and service providers

OfferNab currently does not use a separate third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDK. We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, search, communications, database services, security, and other functions necessary to operate OfferNab. These providers may process information on our behalf according to the services they provide.

U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or request details about certain personal information linked to your account or activity on OfferNab. Some rights may be limited by applicable law, particularly where data is needed to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, or protect the security and integrity of the service.
